DESCRIPTION:Lila teams up with Cheyne Cameron\, a registered massage therapist\, for an inspiring retreat to Nicaragua. Students will be delighted to experience life from a different perspective\, one that invites awakening and expansion. Participants will revel in their journey to Nica Yoga in San Juan del Sur with its natural beauty and culture\, truly enlivening both their senses and their appreciation for the richness of life! \nRetreat highlights\n\nDaily yoga classes\n1 Surf lesson with instructor\nAsana\, pranayama\, and meditation \nMassage by a registered therapist\n6 nights cozy accommodation\nLocal culture experience\nFun on the beach\n\nEach morning will include a 2.5-hour asana\, pranayama\, and meditation session for students to deepen and integrate their experience. Afternoons will include time on the beach\, surf lessons\, time to explore the town\, or time to retreat in a way that feels most authentic. Evening yoga sessions will include 90 minutes of grounding asana and meditation. Each participant will receive one body work session from Cheyne to facilitate an overall balance and healing. This is sure to be a sweet adventure\, both inside and out\, and truly an experience to savor! \n\nYour Instructor\nLila Rasa Brown\nOne of Lila’s great joys is to guide students into a space of true transformation\, encouraging them to continually discover\, honor\, and gracefully reveal the deep potential that lies within through the brilliant practice of yoga. Lila has practiced yoga and meditation for over thirteen years\, has taught for the past 10\, and was a Certified Anusara yoga teacher from 2005 through 2012. Lila loves bringing the benefits of skillful alignment and action to her teaching\, as well as sharing her deep love for yoga philosophy and the wisdom it offers in life. \nShe delights in offering yoga classes\, workshops\, immersion programs\, teacher trainings\, and retreats presently. Lila feels grateful to continue her studies with fantastic yoga teachers\, scholars of Hindu Tantrism\, and evolutionary astrologers. She also has a passion for practicing evolutionary astrology\, weaving the magical and meaningful stories of yoga into her readings. From 2006 to 2011\, Lila directed Gateway Yoga in Raleigh\, NC\, a yoga studio dedicated to the life-affirming principles of Anusara yoga.
